ORIGIN OF BOYZ NITE OUT : In 1990, BNO met at American River College in Sacramento, California. After singing in ARC's vocal jazz & chamber singers groups, the guys would get together after class and sing for fun, laughs, and good times. The band went their separate ways, but in October 1993, Tom Griffin got BNO back together to get serious about their music. Since then, BNO has won numerous competitions and awards for their amazing performances, incredible music, and entertaining thousands of wonderful, dedicated fans. Around 2003, original "Core 4" members of BNO decided to either retire or move on to other music careers. Core members that left were: Tom Griffin, Tony Ridenour, Ted Tolman, and Mark Baldi.
