Hello Everyone!, Well, Summer's here! It's Hot and Sunny and awesome! The BNO.net site is finally up and running.

There will be upcoming music clips, video clips, articles, pictures, information, and more coming in the next few months - so, bookmark our site.

We are planning on releasing some rare music clips coming up. Some never-before-heard music from Boyz Nite Out - so, stay tuned..

In other news, as of December 2005 - both Tony Ridenour and Mark Baldi have left Boyz Nite Out. The only remaining original member in the group is Bill Craig.

We have heard from several BNO fans wishing for the old lineup - but that is exactly what this site is dedicated to: brining you the news, clips, videos, music from the best era of BNO - what we like to call "The Golden Era" when the Crest was sold out and thousands of fans flocked to see this great acapella band.

In other news, Tom has been singing solo as TR Griffin. His website is located at www.trgriffin.com and has excellent music, photos, videos, and more. Check it out.

Also, if you have any pertinent news of BNO or photos or old clips, send them to us.

BNO Crest Show - Sept. 14, 2002 Updated 06.12.02
 All I have to start off saying is WOW! What a great show we had on March 9, 2002 at The Crest! You guys & gals are awesome! We'll have pictures of the show soon for you to see.. Get your tickets to the next Crest Show now!!! Check our website for tickets!

The Boyz will be opening for RAY CHARLES again on August 24, 2002 at Sacramento's Radisson Hotel off Hwy 160! Tickets available through Radisson Box Office - from Fawn & Company.

BNO has seen a good amount of media performances for this last show - and we want to thank PAUL & PHIL of Y92.5 FM for having us on their show - they are great fun! Also, BNO was on SHAWN & JEFF's morning show from 100.5 FM THE ZONE - Thank you guys!!! It's always fun! Kitty O'Neil from KFBK 1530 AM has been featuring a phone interview from Bill - Thank you Kitty!!! And Dewey Hopper has covered the Boyz with some LIVE clips on KOVR TV 13! Thank you very much Dewey!!!

Boyz Nite Out will be working on songwriting for the next CD project for the next few months....but if you can't wait to see us again - The next BNO show is on September 14th, 2002! And tickets will be on sale for that show NOW!

In other news, Tom has recently gotten married (look for Jon, Eugene, & Tony in the background) to his love, best friend, and soul mate: Kim Griffin. The two were married on February 9, 2002 in Auburn, CA! Kim does all of the band's photography (for minimal pay) and has shot the last 2 CD pictures - so, if you like the photography, thank her.

Mark & Michelle welcomed a new baby boy to the family in December!!! Mark is teaching Zach how to sing even now! Their other boy, Drake (2 years) is already trained to not sing flat! And of course, their oldest boy, Ryan, is already groovin' in between video games.

An awesome, incredible, and astonishing performance from the Boyz on March 9, 2002 at The Crest Theater in Sacramento, CA. The theater was overpacked with over 1,000 fans & friends in attendance.

On March 9, 2002, Boyz Nite Out gave a stellar performance that had the audience yelling, screaming, and hand-clapping at The Crest Theater in Sacramento, California. To make this occasion extra-special, they had special rendtions of former favorite songs of Footloose and others. Fans enjoyed the great new cover & original songs: Surfer Girl, Little Bitty Pretty One, Soul Man, California, and Drift Away.

They sung with their black & blue outfits for the 1st set. Then after a 20 minute intermission, they reappeared for the 2nd half in their silver & black outfits wowwing and entertaining the audience.

Spring News Update! 4.22.02

Hey Everyone!

Just wanted to thank everyone for coming out to our March Crest Show! We deeply apologize to those who were not able to get into the show! We will definitely get you in to the September show!

Thank you also to all of our media contacts: Paul & Phil, Shawn & Jeff, Dewey Hopper, Kitty O'Neil, Brenda Meadows, and everyone who helps promote our show and make it a success.

Updates on some of our individual pursuits:

  • Tom has just gotten married to his lifelong love and best friend, Kim Griffin. The two are enjoying being married with their two daughters: Karina & Lia "Bear Bear." Tom is also songwriting for the next CD!

  • Bill has (like Tom) been working on songwriting for the next CD, following the basketball season & fun night. He has also been teaching his son, Colton, baseball.

  • Mark has been kept busy from his newborn, Zach. He says that he's been trying to teach him how to stay in tune...

  • Tony has been scoping out different locations and working on some new splits moves for the upcoming Sept. 2002 show.

  • Eugene has been working on his drum solo - for those of you that went to the last Crest Show, he and Jon were amazing.

  • Jon has been working on ways to make his bass voice even deeper for the next big Crest show after taking trips to Japan & Las Vegas.

Hey Everyone! Here's the past exciting news with the Boyz!

BNO Opens for Saturday Night Live/Monday Night Football Star & MC, Dennis Miller - November 2001

STOCKTON, CA - Hero of late night news on Saturday Night Live, Dennis Miller performed live in Stockton. Boyz Nite Out opened the show up for Dennis with 30 minutes of action packed acappella. The crowd loved it, and the band did a special rendition of Under The Boardwalk that everyone enjoyed. Dennis congratulated us and said how he really loved our show. Thanks Dennis!

Ted Leaves BNO, Good Luck To Our Friend! - October 2001

As some of you know, 2001 saw BNO's long time bassman, Ted Tolman, leave onto other pursuits - (being an astronaut, etc.) But Ted gave us a wonderful tribute on the CD's that he has recorded with us as well as a stunning show at The Radisson in Sacramento in October 2001. We'll miss you, Ted. Thank you for years of great fun!

Boyz Sing For September 11th Tragedy at Prayer Vigil in Sacramento - September 2001

Words cannot adequately express the deep shock and feelings that all of us felt on that horrible day in September. Invited by KFBK 1530 AM & local television stations, BNO sang at Sacramento's Prayer Vigil to honor and remember victims and their families of the September 11th tragedy. The Prayer Vigil was held September 14th, 2001 at River Front Park on the Sacramento River in downtown Sacramento, CA. 5,000 people were in attendance honoring the victims and their families.

Jon Joins BNO! Welcome Aboard!!! - August 2001

With Ted leaving, BNO found a great replacement for Ted who is full of energy, low dB, and vocal percussion: Mr. Jon Moore. Not only is Jon Eugene's best friend, but he is also one killer basketball player. He has a amazing groove and picks up things so very quickly. Welcome Jon! We are so glad to have you in the band!

Sacramento Magazine Raves About Boyz Nite Out! - June 2001

In June of 2001, Laura Martin of Sacramento Magazine interviewed and featured BOYZ NITE OUT in their June 2001 Issue. This was a great accolade because of Sacramento Magazine's unending pursuit of quality and excellence. Laura met the us for an enjoyable interview, which we all had fun at - and Laura has been coming to our shows ever since! Thanks Laura and Sacramento Magazine!

BNO Honors Maureen Reagan (Daughter of President Ronald Reagan) at Wake Reception in Granite Bay, CA - Summer 2001

Maureen Reagan, very well known for her humanitarian and health efforts in the United States government & daughter of President Ronald Reagan & actress Jane Wyman passed away in the Summer of 2001. Unknown to Boyz Nite Out, Maureen was a big fan and had seen us LIVE many times. Her husband, Dennis, personally invited us to sing and honor Maureen at her wake at the Reagan household in Granite Bay. Attendants were: Mike Reagan, Nancy Reagan, Jane Wyman, friends of the family, and husband and best friend of Maureen, Dennis. Thank you Dennis! We join you in honoring Maureen Reagan.

BOYZ Release 3rd CD- BOYZ NITE OUT: American Vinyl - March 2001

The heavily anticipated, long-awaited 3rd CD of Boyz Nite Out was met with overwhelming support! Released in March 2001 at The Crest Theater, Boyz Nite Out fans bought tons of CD's. American Vinyl features 17 of the band's LIVE songs that BNO fans have come to love in their LIVE show! American Vinyl also saw the Runner-Up 2002 CARA Award from the Contemporary Acappella Society Of America for "Only You" sung by Bill Craig and masterfully arranged by Mark Baldi.
